“I LOVE my kitchen, which is good because my office is there and I cook a lot, so I spend a lot of time there. Chris was a great collaborator in making this kitchen work. He is a chef as well as a contractor, so he understands layouts and asks WHY. He works to understand what you want and guide your decisions to incorporate elements you didn’t know you needed to consider. We now have a kitchen that is perfect for the age and design of the house, as well as our needs.
We appreciate that Chris is a good communicator. He lets you know what’s happening, as well as what’s not happening and why. "We worked with Chris for just under a year from start to finish, the build itself was less than 6 months even with tough weather. He helped us envision what we could do with our empty lot, and then brought the idea we had crafted with him to reality. He is patient, easily navigated conversations where one of us wanted the opposite of the other, and offers advise as needed. He has good taste and an eye for detail so the small things are made just right! He was cognizant of our budget and helped us choose tasteful features for the house without exceeding the budget.
Chris communicated clearly with us throughout the entire process and used an instructional approach to his communication which allowed us to learn throughout the process.
